Full planning permission was granted on 31st October 2017 for the demolition of the existing structure on site and the development of a 34,739 sq. m. (373,924 sq. ft.) commercial office block. The subject planning permission removes the requirement of the basement car park, allows the provision of a 350 space multi-storey car park and the reconfiguration of proposed buildings.
